Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure the smooth functioning of our services and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Period:

    • Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee:

    • Cancellations made within the 72 hours window will incur a late cancellation fee of 30 % of cleaning fee.  Cancellations made within the 24 hours window will incur a late cancellation fee of 50 % of cleaning fee. This fee compensates our cleaners for the lost time and allows us to manage our schedule effectively.

  3. How to Cancel:

    • Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our customer service team via [Phone/Email] during our business hours.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We kindly request clients to inform us as soon as possible in such situations.

  5. No-Shows:

    • Clients who fail to cancel their appointment and do not show up will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

  6. Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancellations made within the cancellation period will be issued according to our refund policy, outlined in our terms and conditions.

By scheduling an appointment with sweep and sanitized, clients agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
